Suitable from 6+ months and a family favourite
Not only are they delicious and refreshing, they are made the night before so if you’re rushing around in the morning it’s one less job to do.
How to serve for each age:
6-8 months serve fruit and vegetables in a finger shape so it’s easy for them to hold
8+ months they have now developed their pincer grip so you can serve food in small chunks as I have done here
If your baby is under 8 months leave the mango out of the mixture for this recipe and offer to baby on the side.
Tropical Overnight Oats
Ingredients
40g oats
30g yoghurt of choice
25ml milk of choice
Handful of chopped mango
1tsp chai seeds
1 tsp coconut
Method
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl or jar and mix well. Pop a lid on and leave overnight in the fridge. Add extra toppings if you’re feeling boujee
