Suitable from 1+ years & a family favourite
Prawns are fantastic for young children, they are packed with iron and a fantastic source of vitamins and minerals.
This recipe includes soy sauce and hoisin sauce - it's absolutely delicious but best reserved for babies over the age of 1 due to the sodium content (no salt for babies under 1).
I love a quick stir fry dish. Perfect for those days when you don't have much time and you want a meal on the table in 20 minutes - I make variations of dish every week! For this recipe I used juicy king prawns but it is also delicious with chicken or pork.
