Not only are these delicious little tots super healthy, they're also surprisingly easy to make and perfect for the whole family.

Makes 10-12 tots
Salmon and Sweet Potato Tots
Ingredients
2 sweet potatoes
2 cooked salmon fillets
1 tbsp flour
1 egg whisked
1 tsp mixed herbs
2 tbsp dried breadcrumbs of your choice
50g cheddar cheese
Method
Preheat oven to 200c Peel, chop and boil the sweet potatoes until soft and then mash until it has a smooth texture Use two forks to flake the salmon Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl with a spoon Use your hands to turn the mixture into rectangular tot shapes (it should make 10-12) Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until crisp on the outside Leave to cool before serving
