Suitable from 8+ months - Perfect for BLW
This is a really easy recipe to introduce your baby to corn with. Although it’s not officially listed as one, can be a choking hazard so it may be best to wait until 8 months to make them for little one, and as always stay near baby when he/she is eating.

Serves 2
Sweetcorn Fritters
Ingredients
95g sweetcorn
30g Parmesan cheese grated
30g plain flour
30ml milk
1 egg
1 garlic clove crushed
Method
In a mixing bowl add the sweetcorn, garlic,Parmesan and flour together and mix well with a whisk or spoon
Whisk the egg and put it into the mixture along with the milk then mix everything together
Heat a little oil in a frying pan on a medium - high heat then spoon the mixture into the hot pan making four equal sized fritters
Fry for 2 minutes on each side then allow to cool before serving
