Frozen Yoghurt Bark Bites

Updated: Sep 26, 2022

Suitable from 6+ months - Perfect for weaning and BLW

This recipe is perfect for the whole family but particularly for kids and younger babies who need help cooling down, and are perfect for little ones who are teething!

If you are making these for children 4+ then whole mixed seeds are fine, if they are under the age of 4 then mill the seeds using a mortar and pestle like I have or a blender as whole seeds are a choking hazard.

Frozen Yoghurt Bark Bites

Ingredients

Approximately 300g Greek Yoghurt

Half a pouch of fruit based baby purée

A bunch of raspberries

1/2 tbsp Mixed seeds (milled of child is under 4)

Method

Use a table spoon to evenly divide the yoghurt into a silicon baking tray

Add a small squirt of purée to each mould

Use a toothpick (or the back of a teaspoon) to make swirls in the mixture

Add a raspberry to each mould

Top with the seeds

Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving
